Ryan and Mea-Lynn Wong were born and raised in Curacao, an island in the Caribbean. Their Blasian nicknames are derived from having a Haitian father, and a Chinese mother. They moved to the United States in 2007, and have been working hard to build the Zouk community in Los Angeles. They currently teach at one of the top dance studios in LA, IDA Hollywood, together with many great choreographers of the entertainment industry. Furthermore, Ryan and Mea-Lynn introduced the first Brazilian Zouk nights in LA at the world-renowned Stevens Steakhouse.

Rrryan” Wong has been dancing for 8 years. His dance background includes, but is not limited to: Salsa, Bachata, Dancehall, Waacking, and what he is known for, Brazilian Zouk. His ability to lead and follow, in addition to his lively personality and charisma, make him a well-rounded dance instructor and performer. With his diverse background in dancing, Rrryan dominates the floor with his unique body movements and musicality.

Mea-Lynn “Tutti” Wong started showing her dance interest at the age of 8. But it was not until 2006 that she joined her brother and became part of Zouklovers Curacao. She broadened her horizon with other dances including Salsa and Bachata and although she enjoys these, Brazilian Zouk became her main love. One saying that perfectly describes Tutti when it comes to dancing is, “still waters run deep,” do not take her shyness for granted. Her flawless hairmovements and Caribbean flow captivates the attention of many.
